Admission Procedure

1. Every parent shall visitthe school website and click the icon ‘online admission’ and fill in the online application form.
2. Admission process to Pre-school and other classes commences ordinarily in the month of September ahead of every academic year.
3. Name of the student, Date of Birth and other details should be entered in the application form as mentioned in the Birth Certificate/TC issued from the previous school.
4. All the entries mentioned in the application formwill be used for all certificates to be issued from the school later.

Norms for Admission

1.Age limits for admissions

As per CBSE norms, ’a child should have completed 6 years of age by March 31^st every year’ for admission to class I. However, under the presentcontext,exemption from age rules for two months may be granted on the basis of Affidavit signed by the parents. Minimum age rules noted below:-

2.Number of students admitted in a division is limited to 20-25 in Pre-school classes and 30-35 from Grade I onwards.

3. Parental Interaction

Once the application is submitted, parents will be invited for an interaction at school and the date and time for the interaction will be intimated .Admission to class III and above will be based on the written test.

4. Documents required at the time of admission

• Birth certificate (original) on verification it will be returned.
• 1 Passport size photograph of the child.
• Vaccination card
• School leaving certificates(Class II onwards)
• Latest report card of the previous school.
• Aadhar card of the child(if any)
